Our advertising program ensures that your property rents as quickly as possible. Potential tenants can view your property the through the Multiple Listing Service. Internet, Yard Signs, Flyers, and can be shown by lockbox.
Tenant Profile
Prospective tenants are thoroughly qualified. We review credit information, verify employment, and contact previous landlords.
Property Inspection
Written reports with photos are prepared prior to tenant occupancy noting the interior and exterior condition of the property. Periodic inspections are conducted at least every six months with a final inspection being made after tenants have vacated. We recommend and perform normal maintenance to keep your property in top rental condition.

If you would like to work with another agent to list your home for rent, we will be happy to partnership with other firms.
Preventative Maintenance and Repairs
Tenants are encouraged to inform us of any problems immediately. We have a 24 hour emergency number. Minor repairs are paid by Miller Properties and the charged to your account. For major repairs, we solicit bids for your review and approval.
Complete Administrative Services
Our administrative services can be tailored to meet your needs. We collect rent and security deposits and are responsible for refunds, payment of association fees, and other regular monthly expenses. We conduct all lease negotiations and preparation. We represent the owner in any dispute. Monthly statements are sent with copies of all bills in excess of $100.00. |
